This fall, you can come face to face with some of Hollywood’s most fearsome horror stars including Freddy Krueger, Jason and Leatherface. It’s all part of the annual Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Resorts in Orlando. Plans are being made…blades are being sharpened…and body parts are being stitched together to help make this traditional Halloween favorite more fun and more terrifying than ever before! Now in its 17th year, Halloween Horror Nights was voted Amusement Today’s 2006 Golden Ticket award-winner for best Halloween Event, drawing hundreds of thousands of horror fans from around the world. Be afraid. Be very afraid… 2007 Horror Nights are Sept. 28-29, Oct. 4-7, 11-14, 18-21, 24-28, 31, Nov. 1-3. For the younger ones or those who prefer a less frightening experience, there’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, held on select nights from Sept. 14-Nov. 2. This fun-filled event offers an opportunity to visit Disney’s Magic Kingdom in costume with your favorite Disney Characters similarly dressed in their finest Halloween attire. Enjoy special entertainment, Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade, trick-or-treating at numerous locations and the Happy HalloWishes fireworks spectacular where Disney Villains go trick-or-treating in the sky.
